TEAM BUILDING The agenda of the Team Building:
Manager Inclusion, meaningful and authentic presentation of the Team Leader
Team Inclusion, facilitating presentations for each team member with the Nonaka process (individual reflection, exchanging in couples and sharing in plenary)
Exploration, analysis and sharing of individual needs and resources (through visual brainstorming)
