DURATION Smart Version: 6 group sessions of half a day each + 4 one to one alignment sessions
Extended Version: Smart Version + observation of 3 operational meetings
STEPS SMART EXTENDED

GOAL SETTING Pre-analysis with the Team Leader on Team goals and challenges
Group analysis of the state of the Team (business goals, internal/external challenges, level of cooperation…)
Observation of an operational meeting
Definition of the development goals of the Team with the Team Leader

TEAM COACHING According to the evolution stage of the Team and of the development goals, roll-out of indoor/outdoor group activities with debrief on lessons learned to transfer to operational Meetings
Observation of two operational Meetings with feedback on effectiveness (for the Extended Version)
Alignment with the Team Leader to check the evolution of the Team and definition of new group management strategies

RESULT CHECK Self-assessment in group on learning and results
Final debrief with the Team Leader on results
