Exploration, gathering and processing feedback from the Team

about the Team Leader (through visual brainstorming)

Preparation, preview of the output by the Team Leader
Sharing, sharing of the output and Q&A between Team and Team Leader
Engagement, definition of Team Leader commitments

RESULT CHECK Debrief with the Team Leader on lessons learned and results
